Will you be getting Wilderdog back in stock?
Yes we will! We have many customers who love Wilderdog and being able to get their products from a UK supplier. However lately, even Wilderdog has been out of a lot of stock. We are continuously topping up our Wilderdog range but it does fly out quickly. Rest assured, we will be restocking the items that are out of stock as soon as we can.
How can I make sure I get my order before Christmas?
Make sure to order your Christmas products before 16th December to receive them before Christmas. Orders placed over the festive period are expected to have longer delivery times. For orders placed between 16th December and 7th January please expect delivery to take three weeks, this is to allow for the busy time of year and holidays for staff.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
I am abroad, can I order for a delivery in the UK?
Of course you can. This, however, can be alerted to us as a high risk of fraud. In these cases we will email you to ask for a photocopy of ID to confirm you are the person who has made the order. For these orders we ask you to allow for a longer delivery time due to the time needed for us to communicate if we need ID.
How has Brexit affected products that come from EU?
At the moment some shipping is delayed for products so you may find that our restocking time takes a while. Costs of some products from EU have increased which may mean some prices on our store increase. The brand most affected is myKotty who have currently had to halt all deliveries to the UK. They are working on procedures and we hope to be stocking them again soon.
When will my order arrive?
We hand pack your orders in one-two working days. The courier then collects and delivers. We ask that you allow one week from order being collected for delivery for your order to arrive. Holidays periods become a lot busies, including bank holidays and Christmas, this can mean that deliveries take up to two weeks. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
I have still not received my order
Once you have emailed us please be patient with us as we chat to the courier and investigate your parcel status. We ask for you to allow one week (5 working days) from email date. We will try our best to provide the best outcome possible as quickly as we can.
What do I do if I want to return my order?
Products must be in new condition and with labels attached for returns to be accepted. Before sending us your return please email us so we can keep track of what is coming in: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check out our Refund Policy for more details.
